Stafic is free for workers

• You never pay Stafic to register, create a profile, apply for jobs or be contacted by employers.
• If anyone asks you for money in Stafic’s name, do not pay and report it at stafic.com/report-fraud.

Your profile

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Information you give — name, ID, skills, experience and certificates — must be true. False information can lead to suspension.
• You can update your profile, change your availability or hide your profile at any time.

Who can see what

• Employers see your trade, experience, city, languages, badges and a blurred photo without paying.
• Your name, phone number, clear photo and video are shown only to verified employers who unlock your profile. You are notified each time this happens.
• Your ID documents, ID number, health notes and background-check results are never shown to employers.

Verification

• Our team reviews ID documents and certificates. We may reject documents that are unclear or do not match your details, and will tell you the reason so you can re-upload.
• Background checks are done only with your separate consent.

Conduct

• Treat employers respectfully and attend interviews you accept, or inform the employer if you cannot.
• Employers may give feedback (for example “hired” or “unresponsive”) which may be reflected in your rating.

Stafic’s role

• Stafic is a platform that connects workers and employers. The employer, not Stafic, is responsible for wages, working conditions and your employment contract.
